@divegeester saidWhat I find amazing is the Hispanic vote swinging towards humpty trumpty; we will soon see if all these mass deportation threats he has been making are true. Woes to them if so. They will reap what they have sown.
Which way did the black vote swing? It was up for Trump.
Did Harris increase the dem share of the female vote? No.
Try some reality when considering why you lost.

@KingDavid403 saidOnly Hispanic citizens can vote. This group have struggled to get citizenship, struggled to get jobs and establish themselves legitimately in the US. If I were them I would be thoroughly pissed off with other Hispanics swarming over the border and getting a free ride. It really isn’t hard to empathise if you put yourself in their position. Trump said he will close the border and they believed him. Harris said nothing and they believed her.

Policy matters, clarity in communicating it matters. Ideologies are just froth and wind.
@divegeester saidWell, as I agreed with you before, the border issue was her biggest downfall. And, I personally think that she would not have changed a thing on that issue if she had made it.

The people I'm having personal problems with on this issue, they are Hispanics who struggled to get citizenship, jobs, homes, etc. They are the ones helping the illegals illegally. And yet, they all vote for trumpty poo, go figure... So I don't know how correct your statement is here. I'm sure it is somewhat true. They do have money; millionaires; so that might be it.
@KingDavid403 saidNo, they didn't, and no, they aren't.
all the "old antebellum Southern Democrats" switched to the republican party when Democratic President Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act and Voting Rights Act back in 1965. By 1980 they were firmly intrenched in the Republican party.
Maybe that's the "good ol' days" they keep talking about?
It is. Along with stringing up a black man when ever they get bored.
@Cliff-Mashburn saidYour intelligence level is showing again.
No, they didn't, and no, they aren't.
@AThousandYoung saidEven worse, the Epstein guy who was his neighbor, frequent travel partner, and phone buddy turned out to ALSO be a child sex trafficker? He didn't know?https://news.sky.com/story/p-diddy-what-is-sean-combs-accused-of-and-what-has-he-said-13103248
The indictment alleges Combs "abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfil his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct" from at least 2008.
So are you suggesting Trump didn't know what was going on among the top businessmen in his own city? That's almost as bad as him knowing.

@divegeester saidDepends what you mean by policy.

There's policy that is realistic and effective, and then there's trump. Deporting illegals on the scale he talks about is roundly considered insane by anyone who has spent more than 10 seconds thinking about it.

@wildgrass saidAs I understand it, Trump’s policy on illegal immigration is to stop it. As for the methods employed I wouldn’t know, but I’m sure some deportations will be involved.

@KingDavid403 saidWhat is more likely to be the reason Hispanics voted for Trump:
And your opinion on why Hispanics voted for Trump is conjecture by you; furthermore, it is irrelevant to the topic of why Hispanics voted for Trump.
- Your suggestion: that Hispanic US citizens are helping illegal Hispanics cross the border and thought Trump was the best bet.
- My suggestion: the Hispanic US citizens are as equally disenfranchised by the open border as other US citizens.
Complicated isn’t it …
@divegeester saidLol that's the current policy.

@divegeester saidSorry, I did not make any suggestions; I stated some facts on a current situation that involves Hispanics.
