@wildgrass saidyou saw four years of Trumps policy...is u dumb?
I'm not in opposition of immigration reform. But it's weird you keep saying policy matters but can't articulate what Trump's policy even is.
@wildgrass saidI think all this boils down to you not personally not believing Trump when he talks about his policy on controlling mass immigration, but over 70,000,000 other US citizens who do believe him.
Whew is in the Oxford dictionary for the record.
I guess we also disagree on what policy means. I don't think fairy tales count as policy. Trump has some policy advisors who have done interviews admitting that shuttung down the Mexico border and deporting all illegals is impossible. So, if you say unrealistic, outlandish things on the campaign trail, and saying those things wins you an election, the take home message is that policy does not matter.
You and I debating the true definition of “policy” is as helpful as viffy debating with me the true definition of socialism.
I.e. not at all in terms of the election campaign input and result.

Believing is a good word for it. Y'all are a religious cult.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidI remember. He broke record highs on the number of illegal crosses.

@divegeester saidDespite valid criticism that Trump's policies don't do the things you mentioned about locking down the border and deporting all the immigrants, 70 million people "believe" it.

@wildgrass saidYou’re welcome to your Democratic based opinion and I support your right to vocalise it.

@divegeester saidAnn Coulter agrees with me and is far more conservative so I'm not sure why your calling me a Democrat.

If his policy was to deport illegals and lock down the border, then certainly his administration with a republican Congress would have some tangible outcomes of this policy to show?
No, Illegal border crossings went up while Trump was president. It seems downright silly to "believe" that his policy was to do the opposite.
@wildgrass saidAnd yet Harris never talked about it. Have you got the link to the Democrats immigration policy yet?

@divegeester
I guess you never listened to what would happen if Trump DOES deport 20 million workers, most of them here legally but that makes ZERO difference to our Trump Treason POTUS.
For one thing, please tell me where after the removal of some 20 million workers, exactly where are we supposed to GET those millions of new workers to replace the old ones?
Will he give some grant money to the hundreds of businesses that would go under for lack of employees?
The estimate of the cost for all that is 88 BILLION per ONE million deportations, So TEN million would be near 900 billion and 20 million, pushing two TRILLION dollars.
Do you think Trump would be that insane to actually do that?
I think actually, yes, he already TODAY said there is no price for that project.
So he borrows for that and the national debt goes up two trill just for that.
Then there is the 20% tariff, I think Trump knows full well exactly who pays for that and hint, it ain't foreign companies.
So the analysis of that says it would cost US citizens about 4000 dollars per person per year less money in their pockets.
What could POSSIBLY go wrong?
My guess is his total affect on our national debt, it would be FORTY trillion after Trump gets through with it.
And Trump wouldn't give a rats ass about that outcome either since he would also have pulled out of NATO and given away Ukraine to Putin because Putin is his bestie, now we have the phone calls on a three way between Trump, Putin and Musk, and just today Putin goes 'its a new world order now'.
Meaning Trump and Putin are now allies. FUUK Europe, Trump goes, hey Putin, you can do what ever the hell you want. That was a recent quote BTW, but OF COURSE his base just goes, Ah, that Trump guy, such a JOKER, HAHA, he'll NEVER do any of that stuff, hahaha, he should be in stand up.
