You need to re-evaluate your stance on the punishment of violent crime.

Why would this cause me to re-evaluate? Do you think I have watched TV, read true-crime, read articles, etc, in my lifetime and not heard this crap before? It's horrible!

It's not about revenge or balance, as I have stated. You cannot change my mind just as I cannot change yours. My opinion on crime and punishment has always been this way.

The crime should not be somehow mirrored by killing the murderer.

Life in prison. No parole.

You seem unphased by the fact that this barely human rapist kept his innocent vitims as moulding playthings. I shudder at the thought of what he got up to with them after they were dead.

It would not surprise me in the least if you next tried to persuade us that the gentleman in question was actually running an assisted suicide facility for the terminally ill. Perhaps he should be praised for providing a public service rather than stuffed in a sack and fed into an oven.

And I'm saying that's a ridiculous example because the statistics show that there are 60% more murders per person in states which have the death penalty.

I advocate life in prison for convicted murders that we're not witnessed in the act, confessed or otherwise caught red handed.

Rapists and kiddy touchers, ball harvesting for proven guilt. This would be positive identification and DNA evidence.

No, I don't really dig deforming people, either, even when they are filthy criminals.

I do think violent criminals shouldn't get computers, TV's and other novelties. They really should just spend their days sitting in a 12x12 space (or whatever) for life with some necessary exercise/sunlight time for their entire lives. I would only advocate reading, writing, labor and exercise. Those things that we might be merciful in granting so that we might draw on our humanity rather than our malevolence. That's sort of my point, here.

As I have said, I advocate our completel remodel of our prison/punishment system.
