Lol, a flemish Belgian who could not express himself reasonably well in English.
Besides, in case he is/were Tom Piceu, and having read your posts, what reason could you think of for him to answer your mail?
I said I didn't know if he could speak English or not; how the hell would I know? Someone mentioned his website is in Flemish so I have no indication one way or the other. He ain't Tom Piceu, but even if Tom Piceu speaks English, he might not give a rat's ass if some jerk in New Hampshire is claiming that he's Tom Piceu on an internet chess site. What part of all this is toooooooooooooo hard for you to understand?

That is good enough reason in my mind, but that won't happen since this user seems not to be who he originally claimed.

Lol. How is that going to help? I thought I waffles go to the carsalesman? I think going to IHOP would be better in this instance 🙂.
We don't have an IHOP, nor a reasonable fascimile.

I have not taken a position wether or not he is who he claims, I was merely protesting against the process. And you are not making it better with statements like ".... since this user SEEMS not to be who he originally claimed".

He doesn't seem to be who he claimed to be, what is the harm in that?
