cms i think when you see porn when you are 13 is different when you watch porn when you are 18. You cant say you will still have the same mind after 5 years. You percieve it in different way. For example when i was 13 i always love to have mobile and keep up to date with mobile always change it and get the new one that come out because i think im so cool when i always have new mobile and i like to showoff with it, now i dont care at all what i have, because a phone is just a phone and i spend money more wisely now i 18 before when i was 13 when i just dont care. and i sure when i get older and older things will be different

Most older people have the experience to make informed judgements that most 15 year olds cannot. In fact I have seen a level of immaturity in 18-21 year olds that beggars belief. 15 year olds are children and just because they think they are not does not make it that way. You indicate you are 18 but unfortunately are still displaying an immature childs a ...[text shortened]... ate us and feel they have the right (no obligation) to send suicide bombers into our midst.

OK its nice to have all these things and I am lucky I can afford them and have bought up 4 children who had all these things but they are not essential and do not make you happy.
You will try and protect your children from the bad things in life and that includes violence and porn but if you think they are ready you will take them to the U18 movie and buy them a drink even though they are not legally ready yet. You will try and nurture them and ensure they are not exposed to these things before they can understand them and when they are exposed you will try and ensure it is under your guidance.
I am glad to say we bought up 4 well adjusted chlidren. They all have good jobs and do not drink to excess. They have watched the odd bit of porn but are well adjusted in their sex lives also. They still come to us for money but generally behave like responsible adults and are now all living in their own homes. Unfortunately some of their (ex) friends take drugs, drink to excess and indulge in perverted sex - they don't have good jobs and they live in a dive on the dole.

This issue shouldn't broaden to whether or not certain sites should be allowed to create certain content in our society. The issue should remain narrow and concentrate on the TOS that certain sites with certain content will not be allowed in the RHP forums.
If I have a car and agree to carpool people to work or uptown or to wherever, and I do so on the condition that no one brings food or drinks in my car, I better not look in the rear-view mirror and see someone slurping on a cup of coffee. I doesn't matter whether they think they are mature and responsible enough not to spill anything. It doesn't matter if they let people eat and drink in their car. It doesn't matter if a USA Today poll says that 75% of people feel that it should be okay to eat and drink in moving vehicles. It doesn't matter if the miscreant was only going to sit there with the lid on their cup during the trip, or if they were planning deliberately spilling it everywhere as a form of freedom of expression. It doesn't matter if they were drunk when they did it. It doesn't matter if it was only their first time doing it. It doesn't matter.
I'm not saying that a person can't eat food or drink coffee, I'm just saying a person can't eat food or drink coffee in my car. And if I saw them doing that after I had already told them not to, I'm going to pull over and tell them to get out and walk. Maybe I won't ever let them ride in the car again, or maybe I will, that's my choice, and I'll decide based on the circumstances. It is not up for debate. It doesn't matter whether my reason for the rule is to protect them from themselves and avoid spilled food/drink on their clothes, it doesn't matter whether my reason is to protect the other passengers, or to protect my car, or whether I have something against caffeine or doughnuts or whatever. The rule is the rule. My passengers already know the rule, so they shouldn't be surprised when someone has to end up walking home because they broke it.
