Most of these pro mouse killing people would probally run a mile if a mouse popped out, I've seen that happen before haha. Even funnier when it's a rat.
In the UK the dormouse is a protected species [rightly so, I think] and you can be jailed for killing [or barbeque-ing] them.
As an animal lover [dogs especially] I've more sympathy for the mouse than for the old geezer.

I am like that when it comes to spiders. 😳 Not that I would try to make them suffer more than necessary, but I'll kill them without mercy.

Well, it was a rat and it bit me.
But I did kill it with my bare hands. Or it was the cat. But that's not the point.
Originally posted by Moldy CrowI have 3 cats but I have never "put on a leash and walked" or "Taught tricks to" or "Played in the park with" So what according to you then they are vermin? I have had pet mice before (7 way to many) I never set traps for them or poisioned them they were fine.
So if rats and mice are the same as dogs and cats , are you more of a "rat-person" , or a "mouse person" ? Have you ever had a pet rodent that you put on a leash and walked ? Taught tricks to ? Played in the park with ? And why are there no cat traps and dog traps in the supermarket right next to the rat poison ?
If you have not yet , or somehow can't ...[text shortened]... vermin and pets then you are either the lowest form of white trash or stupid beond belief .
Vermin can be a pest but in Italy(nothing personal) when I went there there were masses of stray cats they were filthy covered in fleas scrounged in rubbish for scraps. These are attributes you say mice have but the mice I had were much cleaner and flea-less.

Well, after reading seven pages of peoples opinions, I have given the matter serious consideration. In conclusion, my primary and essential thought on the matter is....
People care about this way too much. Seven pages too much.
