I don't see where I said this. If you were offended by someone who had this symbol and were ignorant to why they were using it then, yes, I would enlighten you.

Look CIV was out of line. No one agrees more about that than I do. However, I doubt you would come to my aide if someone called me a N whatever. I admit that I was at fault for that. I would also point out that an emotional reaction doesn't mean complaining. I am aware of things that will offend me and I know that I will have emotional instincts to complain about them but before I do I try to educate myself about them. It can be offensive to others for me to speak out against whatever it was that offended me. If there is a good reason for them to show/say/believe what they do then I will just cope. People are too quick to pass judgement. People are selfish and like to impose their beliefs above everybody else's.


Didn't you post about how you studied a dead bird with your children. Weren't you offended when people spoke out against you and tried to impose their beliefs on you? Were they not also offended by your actions? Our emotions are a first response for emergencies. They are our instincts. When we act on them without weighing all the options we lower ourselves to the level of a stupid mammal incapable of rational thought. People in western cultures have imposed that line upon the us. This is an international site and I have already stated that this symbol is WIDELY used by many eastern religions.

It was a coyote and no, I was not offended. I know there will be people who don't understand why I did what I did and what benefit it had for my kids. That's ok. I KNOW I do a good job and that my kids are curious and have some depth.

We all have our mean sides. Me included. Don't be like some people on this site and see one road ahead, you'll be fine.
