I thought you had to be Royalty to play a second game of the same game system. Where are the rules about Royalty and playing multiple games posted?

You might want to factor the Mongol mobility advantage into your formula. Or, you might not. If it is such a great advantage it should theoretically raise their ranking indirectly via conquest of land.

"Policy about Playing in Multiple Games". There are a few exceptions, like if your position is "hopeless" but they wouldn't apply here.

If you are using the upload function to send in your moves and get this message:

Ignore it and check your e-mail for a validation message.

I've sent orders twice this turn and still no validation.

I'm getting past the point where I'm very concerned about it.

Freddie, that file should come at some point today.

I, also, find it interesting how Venice places himself at #2.

What is your formula no1? I think we would all be interested in knowing how you came up with your calculations.

I am already in a second game ... as a replacement after turn 1 of that game was processed. I must admit it was an accident though ... clicked the wrong button.

I don't trust the e-mail route, while it may work. I prefer to go through the Web site.

My calculations reveal that 31 independant provinces were conquered on turn 1. There are 62 provinces that are still independant. At this pace, they'll all be gone by the end of turn 3. Will that mean World War by turn 4?

Hah! I shamed 'em into it by publicly calling them out on rhp. They obviously have operatives aboard.

It was only when I used the "Autosend" feature on the MD game mainpage that I had success in receiving a reply, about one hour after contact, which is what they stated as the wait time for confirmation.

Based on the placement of the still independent provinces, I doubt they will be gone by turn 4. The initial growth spurt will likely not continue unchecked. Many of the controlled nations are butting up against each other now and would have to contend with potential confilct, leaving open or weakened provinces behind to capture new ones. My guess would be that the number drops to to between 20 and 25 indy captured provinces (give or take a couple) in turn 3 and a futher drop in turn 4 (I would even say 15 to 20 indy provs.) as a few nations will be contending with each other for expansion and wars will be decalred soon (at least three by turn 5 in my estimation.)

We will have to see how this turn plays out. I am very curious myself....
