Funny, before Palin entered the fray, liberals were all screaming that we need CHANGE. And we should ignore Obama's inexperience because we need CHANGE so very badly. Strange that now we need experience.
Funny thing, McCain is on one extreme with too much experience and Palin is the other extreme. I suppose he was trying to find a medium.
I wish he would have picked some one like Condoleeza Rice. I would vote for her in a second!

Subtract the nice glasses, and couldn't you say much of the same about Hillary. A short-term Senator, who really only got her Senate job by riding on her husband's coattails in an extremely liberal state. Couldn't have been elected as dog-catcher without that, and now wants to parlay that meager qualification into a presidency. Has set the feminist ...[text shortened]... gainst Hillary the outcry would have been apocalyptic. Where's the outrage among feminists?
They're the ones saying Palin has set the women's movement back and I agree.
I find it extremely offensive that the GOP thinks women will vote for McCain because he has a woman VP. Like we're all going to turn conservative over night. That shows how much they understand women's issues.

Funny. As a satellite subscription holder, I'm stuck with two channels for election coverage; cspan, and fox. Maybe you should tune in to a little bill o'reilly, hannity, rove, etc...and report back your findings. Each morning I have to log into MSNBC for an equalizer, before my head pops.

Are you kidding me? You can't turn around without getting smacked in the face by some news line stating that Palin is horribly unqualified to be Vice-President. Every liberal pundit, talking head, or politician who's commented on her has read from the same script. Never mind that the exact same argument could easily be applied to both Obama or Hillary. But it isn't because they're democrats.
Inexperience should not be a deal-breaker when considering a president or vice-president. But ignorance should be.

I don't think it's reasonable to expect a candidate to be an expert on all things--just to surround themselves with experts. Any who claim to be experts on all things are just a BS artist (pronounced Biden).

I'd say having a law degree should be a deal breaker when considering a president or VP candidate....

That's why she's all "drill, baby, drill".
