And do you trust her "knowledge" of energy policy, considering her husband works for BP?
That's why she's all "drill, baby, drill".
What I think is insane is our offshore drilling policy which prevents US companies from drilling for oil in the gulf of Mexico, but allows Chinese companies to come in and drill our oil. That's just crazy.

The post that was quoted here has been removedYou mean you don't believe living in Alaska makes you an expert on foreign policy? You are so narrow-minded!!!!!!!!! 😛😛😛
It's very unfortunate that this woman in particular has the best chance at the VP office that we've seen in history. This woman. It's just so disheartening.
I am thoroughly amazed that everyone seems so worried about an inexperienced politician who might become the President of the US if McCain became incapcitated or died, and then you say you have no problem voting for an inexperienced politician named Obama to take the job from the start? Sometimes I feel there is no intelligence left among the masses. McCain is not the best choice, but he is the only choice. Can anyone tell me, in clear and concise English, exactly what Obama's solutions to the problems are? If you say you can, then you are an outright liar because all he continues to state is "We need change", but he doesn't give solutions. And, after he is through taxing you to death, all any of us will have left is some change...pocket change. If you believe that Obama has inherited some magical ability to deal with foreign leaders, guess again. Rhetoric and a suit isn't going to accomplish squat. If you like the ideal of a socialist republic, then you are going to love Obama. I personally would rather see you move to one of the many fluorishing socialist nations (you won't have to move because there are none). Closely examine who the key financial backers and advisors for Obama are. He has three of the main offenders from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on his roster. He is allied by Ayers for God sake. If you loved political bombings, you will love this guy. Wake up and smell the coffee.

Let's see, he organized communities, which has helped us directly into the coming depression. He has lots of experience negotiating with the terrorists of the world, mostly from his backyard cookouts with Bill Ayers and the Reverend. He will do wonders to overcome race issues with all those ordinary white folks. He even had the foresight to choose a VP pick who thinks that he isn't qualified to be Commander in Chief of the US Armed Forces. I particularly like the specifics of his plans for the nation, like....ummm...you know, the specifics....like, uhhh....well, he's young and can talk good anyway!
Originally posted by BadwaterObviously, unless you have a sitting President running for re-election, based on the laws under the constitution, no one would have experience as President. Now, if you are talking about experience in political office, (whether excecutive ot legislative branch), then of the two Presidential candidates, McCain clearly has huge edge in legislative experience due to his long tenure in the Senate versus Obama's part of one term experience. Palin is the only member of the four with ANY executive branch experience (although her executive experience is as a Mayor and as a Governor). This lack of experience on Obama's part is one of the leading reasons why his current running mate, Joe Biden publicly stated that Obama was not qualified to be President. He made this staement when he was still a candidate for the Presidential nomination. That is why it has amazed many of us who listened to this earlier, now hearing Biden say how Obama is qualified all of the sudden, (especially since Biden is on his ticket).
Remind me again - which of the presidential candidates has been president before, and therefore has experience? I forget.

And this "only member of the four with ANY executive branch experience" has been found to have abused the powers of her office.
Certainly someone we want a thready heartbeat away from the Presidency, and certainly a Republican the GOP can be proud of.
