@torunn saidI have those in a drawer, but always as a last resort (if I don't sleep for several nights). Take them too often and they stop working.
½ sleeping pill helps me to go to sleep.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidI have been taking this pill, same effect, for the past ten years. I know it works, but I am not sure if it is the tablett or the procedure that helps. If I change it, it might not work again. I believe in doing the same thing every night for sleep.

@ghost-of-a-duke saidMelatonin works for me most of the time.

I've also struggled for consistent sleep.
It's therapeutically essential and lack of it becomes cumulative.
So, I pay myself back every 7 days. đ

@torunn saidYes, routine around bedtime is very important. The tablet I sometimes take is called zopiclone, and for me it stops working if I take it more than twice in a row. (I would have to increase the dose for it to work, and I don't want to go down the path of dependency). I rather like having it in a drawer, knowing it is there if I really need it and that it will be effective. (Managed to go 10 months this year without taking it at all).

I have Capricorn Rising with Saturn at 4 degrees Capricorn in my natal chart.
I only bring this up now because on December 26th there will be a partial solar eclipse at that very degree, and Jupiter is transiting that degree as well.
What this means for me and for the people of Earth I have no idea, but with Saturn and Jupiter involved, I supposed I should be cautiously optimistic.
@great-big-stees saidMy experience of owning a car was shortlived: I bought it in April and crashed it in September same year. Long time ago.
My first car was a 1962 VW Bug.
