@divegeester saidYes, I watched that and agree with you.
I thought the procession from Balmoral to Holyrood was quite moving and really well televised with the combination of arial and ground broadcasting. The Scots did her proud.

@very-rusty saidthen but out my gripe isnt with you.
Badge,
Be very careful, you are heading down the wrong path.

@badradger saidI have not gripe with you either badge never have had one. I am just trying to tell you that there are certain words you can't use which are clearly stated in the TOS Guidelines, there is a part on the left tells when you bring up the page that tells you about the Guidelines, language is in it. Just trying to help you out is all.

@very-rusty saidI have spent most of my life not living by the book, and it was never boring, a roller-coaster at times.
No one is above the rules torunn.
I notice you enjoy saying popular things that people will like.

@very-rusty saidThere are different rules, and I was referring to the social ones - traditions, convention - important in some cultures. But this is the wrong thread.
Ok, Miss goody two shoes! 😛 🙂

@torunn saidSure is, this should be all about Queen Elizabeth II. You did say you like breaking the rules, which would be rare and something I haven't seen you do. 🙂

I’ve not always had the highest praise for our now King Charles, but I have to say he is doing a superb job in his first few days. To be grieving as a son while stepping into one of the most high profile roles in the world and working end-to-end engagements with foreign dignitaries and overseeing as chief mourner. His speeches have been impeccable. He has of course been preparing all his life for the job, but even so, how he is delivering in these recent days is quite impressive while he at times is clearly struggling with his emotions.
Edit, and all the time every word, every gesture broadcast world-wide and recorded on a thousand phone cameras.
@divegeester saidI concur, I was wondering if he was going to be able to stay away from the Politics, he has pretty much said others could look after things he was involved with. He now has a new role to work at. I was have been quite impressed with him. I did have my doubts before.

@divegeester saidI agree though such a shame that Andrew today made the decision to join his Royal siblings on the procession through the streets of Scotland which resulted in him being heckled: So humiliating and upsetting for them. He should have bowed out of that part.
