It's in the help section
If so, it's working.

I agree with you fiery in the fact that I will only believe that Ironmans account removal was justified when I see proof from two or three of his games. I blame all of this mass hysteria on a small group of people ie the cheat police who in my opinion apparently have no clue what they are doing. I believe that if the cheat police wanted to be truely effective they would list the person or persons caught cheating and provide the public with the proof that they have come up with. Now dont get me wrong this website was one of the best sites that I found but now that I see this site starting to become so divided it cannot function and I only see that it will fail with time.
I mean, if you can't even let a guy defend himself (if he can) and show the general public a sample of the evidence, A game or two explained is all that would be nessacery.
To me, since the mods can't, haven't yet, or won't do this, then it appears to me, whether guilty or not, hes getting railroaded.

Won't that enable other people to work out ways of cheating without being detected?

Site not functioning? Are your games not working? Are you not able to put out an open invite or accept a game? I don't see it failing as a result of CHEATERS being banned.

I am willing to thank anyone who comes out in the open within the rules of the site and explains why these people have been banned and offers some sort of example or evidence as to why. Until the SITE ADMINS get this right then the GAME MODS will be open to influence and attack in the public/private forums.
They were banned cos they were cheating!
This ain't no democracy. What right do you have to make demands like this? You pay fees to play chess, not to get detailed explanations of why management of this site\company makes the decisions it makes.

Jesus, you must have some pretty tame nightmares...could anything be worse than being chased by effeminate goblins with ferocious teeth and phallic tickling sticks, dressed in Nazi regalia with mutant, radioactive spiders crawling in your eyes and eating...but perhaps I have said too much...
Anyway, the banning of a highly, highly probable cheat from an internet chess site is worse than your worst nightmares?
Really?
My actual post - made well over 48 hours ago - was not that my worst nightmare was that IM31 or any cheat was banned but that No1maruader would now be so full of himself in his vindication that he is in danger of becoming the J. Edgar Hoover of RHP, or at least conducting himself in the forums as such.
Now, you can spend as long as you like raking over old posts of mine that actually tackle the real issue of whether one user here, who isn't officially a Game Mod should be allowed to continue posting cheat accusations on a "private" forum, unmoderated or not. OK, so he has found a loophole in the rules here, but whenever I see him inviting people to go and look at this evidence I shall alert the posts and seek redress from the Site Admins.

Originally posted by ExyI'm not a member of anyone's 'cohort'. The point of my post was that you really need to get a sense of perspective on this. From my reading of the posts on this topic, the majority of people are pleased that real action has been taken against engine use on this site.

Here is your full post:
"It's bordering on the bizarre because we still don't have a definitive official point of presence for the Admin's Game Mod procedure.
OK, so some people have been banned. But that has gone no way to address the wrongful public accusations of people that have recently gone on, nor the official role of the Game Mods, how should one alert a game, what level of proof is required and how should someone accused go about defending themselves?
This is far worse than my worst nightmares. Has anyone read Franz Kafka's "The Trial"?!"
The context of all this is that a high profile player has been banned for engine use. There is no 'nightmare scenario'; most of us are pleased by this and I for one congratulate No1 on his drive to get something done about it (this does not make me one of his bitches, BTW).
You appear to see the hand of No1 in everything that is written in this thread - this is not the case. What *is* the case is that your views are outnumbered by the many people relieved that blatant engine use will now be tackled.
And I think the recs in my post were for the little flight of nightmarish fancy rather than any judgment on you (you have to admit it was a *little* amusing...).
