Maybe to do with my adhd? My body and mind feels very sluggish hard to move at times (right now) and it helps some to fight it. Also as mentioned as far as drinking them it doesn’t make me awake or tired. If I’m tired I still feel the same tired???

They pick me up some in an effort to feel normal, get moving meaning their working the same maybe just not to the same extreme??

Sure, that reminds me of a question you asked a long time ago you asked about things like this and drinking energy drinks before going to sleep with no issues. Yes, I can drink them till bedtime also with no extra out of my ordinary normal sleep issues I already have also.
