Q: What proportion of British people entitled to vote in the referendum on EU membership would have enough knowledge of the subject to be able to make an impromptu and reasonably well-informed and plausible (and non emotional) talk about the pros and cons of membership lasting 30 minutes to a group of 16 year olds at a school assembly? [on the assumption that they have the speaking skills and confidence to do so]
