I had to eat it at our wedding reception because her grandmother made it from scratch. But let me tell you it's the worst thing you could ever put in your mouth. Cow stomach.
The texture was just awful. I had to s ...[text shortened]... menu of items available... my wife goes for the menudo everytime. It's her favorite dish.

I assume you are saying you like music by Alison Krauss & Union Station? Which song?
I just googled around and "Man of Constant Sorrow" looks like one of their best .....
'Man of Constant Sorrow' my favourite and 'Bury me under the Willow' with the All-stars - Alison, Tony Rice, J.D.Crowe, David Grisman and Mark Schatz ( best bassman I've ever seen and heard ) rates right up there as well.
Big fan of 'Steep Canyon Raiders' - have all their compilations and a lot of videos with Steve martin on the 5 string.

Top notch...been listening to her for 20 yrs. She did an album with Robert Plant recently, good stuff
