Hi, Ponderable. Apparently you read the club's updated status in the Clubs Public Forum. Yes, 30 days old and against considerable odds doing surprisingly well. Within this forum, there are presently five "GB" Threads. Three with 120, 83 and 40 posts; two started since August 16, six days ago, with 5 and 2 posts, respectively. My daily participation is ...[text shortened]... ntributed to the RHP General Forum. How does this activity level compare with your own? -Bob
Hi Bob,

your activity is and was higher than mine. I never doubted that.

Thanks for your reply. One question: how high is high enough to meet the standards of participation you had in mind?

page 7 9d
page 8: 11 d (if no new thread is created today the last living thread will be on page 7)
As mentioned in the quoted post. One measure fo activity is the number of threads in which postings had happened over time.

page 1 8d
page 2 16 d
page 3 15 d
page 4 8
page 5 4
page 6 7 (last of which died already)

We can see that there are fewer active threads now than have been.

Plus we see that the number of days for given 25 threads expanded yuite a bit.

"GB is now more active in his Club only three threads on the first page list GB as last poster..." (page 8)

"Footnote: Since the inception of the Camelot Oasis in Space (private club forum) thirty days ago on July 23, 2013, I've made two hundred and forty six (246) posts to RHP Public Forums. Of the 246 total 78% or one hundred and ninety one (191) posts have been contributed to the RHP General Forum. How does this activity level compare with your own? -Bob" (reply, same page)

"I am just trying to get the Facts straight."

Please identify what other "Facts" you may need.
Thank you for your continuing interest in this forum; your one of a shrinking minority.

"We can see that there are fewer active threads now than have been."

Seasonal activity decline or further indication of a gradual downward trend?

I believe this forum is dying because people get bored of the seemingly bland WAGS of the general forum and go and have an intense debate on the spirituality or debate forum.

Those "debates" you refer to tend to be not so much debates as shouting matches and very little is ever really settled one way or the other.

I'm not saying I agree with all those people who have left, I was just saying it from their perspective.

Considerable decline. With some trends there's statistical violence or sharp, random valleys and spikes. The greater the volatility, the less stable the trend. I'm concerned with the low volume of conversation within this forum on weekdays.
