If you are looking to get big and strong why not do squats, deadlifts etc? Look at Chen at 58 kg http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/2008-08/11/content_9172604.htm
I do squats and deadlifts BTW.

Do I even want to know what a squat is? 😕
Or deadlift, for that matter! 😲
Deadlifts are bending over and lifting a dead body (a heavy one) and then putting it back down repeatedly.

Just returned from the gym. I ate ton of white fish for lunch (And I don't like it), and fruits and vegetables and carbs ! Most important, proteins, proteins, proteins 😛
I took chess book with myself to solve puzzles while doing cardio training, now that was a bit geekish 😞
If you're trying to gain weight you should probably keep your cardio to a limit because it burns calories. The weight-lifting burns calories in itself.
