Squats are sitting on the toilet (with, say, a heavy weight on your head) and then standing back up again.
Deadlifts are bending over and lifting a dead body (a heavy one) and then putting it back down repeatedly.

Just returned from the gym. I ate ton of white fish for lunch (And I don't like it), and fruits and vegetables and carbs ! Most important, proteins, proteins, proteins 😛

I took chess book with myself to solve puzzles while doing cardio training, now that was a bit geekish 😞

heh nice.

If you're trying to gain weight you should probably keep your cardio to a limit because it burns calories. The weight-lifting burns calories in itself.
