I started on a chin-up/pull-up program a year ago, I'm now doing 9 sets of 15 reps, gonna go to 6 sets of max reps of 25+ next week.
Not bad for a guy in his late 50's. My goal is to work up to 60 chins/personal best on my 60th birthday.
