Whoa, just one. That is pushing it for me and I've never tried a second set the same day. I used to do 15 reps of 160 twice a day, and 190 12 times was a 'dare' to myself of sorts to see what I could do. I could probably do 200 6 or so times.
This is all 3 years ago, the birth of my child got me out of the basement. I should work my push-ups to see the damage.
