@metal-brain saidI think the only thing you have proven is your deep-rooted and ongoing susceptibility to daft conspiracies.
So you see, the actual film of the eagle landing on the moon was animated or fake. Now that I have proven that much is fake let's move on to how much is fake. Is that the only film that was animated?
You see, Buzz did not deny a moon landing. He simply pointed out the fact the film of the eagle landing on the moon was animated which it was. So that part of the moon f ...[text shortened]... nimated right on the film if you ever care to look at it. The admission is right in the film itself!
@ghost-of-a-duke saidIt was not until recently that I have become more open minded about the possibility the USA faked the moon landing. Fact is, moon landings are really hard. They usually fail.

The USSR was kicking our butts in the space race. They sent the first space craft to the moon. It was not intended to land, but landing on the moon is very challenging even today. The Soviets were so far ahead of us it was embarrassing.
@metal-brain saidThere is an Artemis landing scheduled for 2025. Are you 'open minded' to that being faked as well?

And yes, moon landings are really hard. I have given up my attempts to reach there.
@Metal-Brain
It was there poor judgement of thrusters that lost them the moon race, they did not have the capability to make really large booster rockets so relied on dozens of smaller ones but that led to a huge problem, because they have to be gimbled to be able to move around to keep the rocket upright in acceleration but the mechanisms they used were inadequate to control all of them simultaneously and they blew up time and time again and that was why we won out, we used much larger individual rocket booster motors which are easier to control in unison and that is exactly why we won, they were not ahead of us in boosters, WE were ahead of the soviets in that regard.
So once again we do your search for you:

How long are they going to stay on the moon? Is cosmic and solar radiation a concern? How long can they stay before it is a concern?
I think I am asking good questions. Do you consider my questions to be heresy? All I want to know is how long is too long on the moon. Is it a big secret?
@sonhouse saidThe USSR put the first satellite in orbit around the earth. They sent the first space craft to the moon. Seems to me the USSR did just fine escaping the gravity of earth. They did so well it was an embarrassment to the USA. Some say it was so embarrassing the USA had to fake a moon landing hide the ineptness of their space program. Like an animal trying to make itself appear bigger than it really is. Bluffing the other to back down.
