That verse talks about the price of admission into the club. If we were to join say the local swimming pool club, there would be no difference for kids able to swim alone or adult women or adult men.

You don't become anything special within the community, it is towards consecration to God. Why you think having a price higher for the same act somehow makes them better or worth more is puzzling.
