Do you realize actions of the church often contradict the Bible? And that the two are not the same?

The others I glanced at I don't have answers for off-hand. They will require research. I only addressed the one that--on its face--seemed non-contradictory.

If belief and faith required a higher intelligence, would it not be unfair? Of course it would. It is written... one must change and become like a child... meaning gentle and submissive. If one had to get a degree to learn how to have faith, that would be a problem. The meek, the submissive, the ones who aren't arrogant, self-centered professors.. they are welcomed into the family of God.
So it only makes sense that the average IQ would be skewed downward a little bit, considering the 2 opposing groups and who will--and won't--be welcomed and accepted.
But by no means does this suggest the smarter you are, the less likely you are to have faith. Many of the most brilliant minds in mankind's history were and are believers.

Within a group of 1,000 smart people there will be less believers than a group of 1,000 stupid people.
You can justify it with your explanation but it doesn't change the fact.

And it’s amazing how accurate the Bible is when it touches on science. Job is probably the oldest book in the Bible and its passages on space are spot-on. No way the writer would have had that information without divine inspiration/guidance.

Are the Wright brothers more advanced than NASA?
Did the Wright bruhs lie?
