This is a crystal clear untwistable passage about the fate of those who do not do good works.

It's clear that KJ either still doesn't understand what you've been saying all these years or is intentionally "playing dumb".

Based on his posts over the years, it seems likely that it boils down to the former because he has poor reading comprehension skills, poor critical thinking skills, poor conceptual thinking skills, etc. It's unfortunate that he has too much pride to accept the truth about himself.

My view is that people who are indoctrinated by the church have a hard time understanding the bible.

Why do you bother with the entire Bible when you only want to base your belief on what you find in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John?

That's true and it explains how KJ struggles to understand what Jesus is saying, but it doesn't explain the fact that he repeatedly shows that he doesn't understand the half of what other posters write in general or articles that he claims to have read.

Mr Dunce, stop displaying your ignorance. The Bible is not a doctrine or a belief system. Jesus Christ and His teachings is the way to eternal life.

My question still stands, why worry about anything other than the gospels? All the other stuff is just entertainment? Is that not what you believe?

Jesus warns us to judge what comes from our heart. If yours does not reflect God's love you must have something other in your heart. This is what Jesus taught.
