Oh, that's just your, how do you put it? ... insulting sonship "figure ".
No. I'm talking about the kinds of personal insults you hurl being way in excess of anything said to you. You are even worse than Eladar at times. You are so vain, you don't even realize. But then again, maybe you do. Because sometimes when you lose control, you then disappear for a week or two.

Like some others here I occasionally lose it.

By the way, I have a heavenly bone to pick with you.
Something said to me the other night.

" You don't have to apologize for saying Jesus Christ's death on our behalf has made suicide obsolete."

Maybe a little sensational sounding (like many thread titles are). I don't retract that because I thin ...[text shortened]...

I'll continue these thoughts on the thread appropriate to Christ's death FOR us, in many ways.
There's no bone to pick. You were quite right to reconsider your poorly thought through terminology.

I think you may have missed this post:

'In the UK, Prime Minister May announced today the appointment of a Minister for Suicide Prevention, due to an average of 4,500 people in this country committing suicide each year (a number of course that includes people of faith).

Perhaps Sonship should write to Mrs May post haste and let her know that such an appointment is unnecessary due to Jesus having already made suicide obsolete.'

Yes, often with raw visceral deeply personal insults that are way, way in excess of anything that is directed at you.
Such as? Let me guess you can't bother to quote it guess why because it doesn't exist.

It's been going on for 2+ years (but rarely happened before that). The most recent stuff from sonship was about ideas he disagrees with being faeces and germs being spread by people with the nature of unclean dogs and pigs. Nobody, as far as I am aware, has ever said anything remotely like that to sonship.

Nobody, as far as I am aware, has ever said anything even remotely as visceral as that to sonship. Which is my point.

LOL at your avatar.

I was gonna go with a pint of ale for my profile pic, but tiger’s really been inhaling the PB&J sandwiches lately so went with a PB&J sandwich instead.

Just to be clear, not only do you stalk Dive across the site (despite being completely ignored) you have now also taken it upon yourself to creepily copy his avatar?

Without doubt you are the saddest individual ever to frequent these forums.

And yet, Philokalia, who has regularly reprimanded posters for their tone and bemoaned the standard of posting on this Spirituality Forum, picked out Romans1009 as the "best poster" among the regulars here. Different strokes for different folks, I suppose.

On the contrary, I’d say someone who fabricates his online persona by falsely claiming to have a theology degree and falsely claiming to be a mental health professional who supervises other mental health professionals is far sadder.

Know who I’m talking about Heartpence? Do they allow mirrors in your padded cell? If so, stroll over to it, gaze those baby blues at it and you’ll know who I’m talking about.

It’s hilarious how much that sticks in your craw.

I was an insightful and interesting poster back when I was posting substance, but tiger’s puffing cigarettes with you and his and your adorable antics and hijinks have prevented that lately.

But don’t worry, Kiddo, I’ll get back to it.
