Matthew 11:27
Good News Translation (GNT)
27 “My Father has given me all things. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
Where does the holy spirit fit in here? Does the holy spirit not know the Father or Jesus as they know each other? Is he in some lower position as the other two?
Originally posted by galveston75Jesus was revealing just a little at a time to the disciples, because they were having trouble understanding. Jesus did not reveal the relationship of the Holy Spirit until He believed they understood His relationship with the Father. A good teacher does not want to throw everything at once at them and confuse them like you are confused.

By the way..none of these people are JW's.
P.S. You will find different parts of these mens false understanding already presented by one of these condemned heresies.

There was no word in the Koine Greek that means trinity. That is why it is not in the Greek new tesatament. The word was invented later and is from the Latin.
You really would think that God, being God, would have made the [invented] trinity word and it's meaning a little clearer in the Bible considering whether or not a person goes to hell depended on it.
What do you think?

Maybe there aren't many smart people going, either. 😛

No, it does not matter how wise or smart you are or someone else thinks you are or how much wealth you have accumulated or how famous you are. What matters is that you believe on Christ and that means believing what He taught. And He taught what we call the trinity of God. He said go baptize in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. I guess you could call it some other name, if you don't like Trinity, however, you must believe to be saved

He never mentions the doctrine, neither does Paul, strange one would think for
something so apparently important, don't you think.
