Yes by the evidence. But understand the Holy Spirit is not a seperate spirit from God such as Jesus is. It is simply God's active force that he uses to do his will. He does not in a physical way as we understand it do things. He does not have a body with muscles as we do but uses his power or spirit to create.

Would this communication have been with members of the Governing Body?

It is my experiance that ones like Mr FMf is truely not ...[text shortened]... lone on a debates forum. dont post illogical, contradictory things, it may lead to debate!!!
Sorry but I'm thru discussing this subject. Don't take it personal but it's over.

Yes as that is the position God has appointed them too just as he has done in the past with others.

It is your explicit claim that members of the Governing Body of the JW organisation are "appointed" by God?

What other Christian denominations' leadership is this true for?

So if God is, and has been, communicating with members of your organisations leadership, ie The Governing Body. How you come you guys have such a bad record at interpreting Biblical prophesy?

"Jehovah still uses his Son, the “head of the congregation,” to teach his servants on earth. (Ephesians 5:23; Isaiah 54:13; John 6:45) Jehovah also uses his spirit to instruct his people. (John 15:26; 1 Corinthians 2:10) And just as Jesus used “his slave John” to communicate sustaining spiritual food to the first-century congregations, so today he uses “the faithful and discreet slave,” made up of his anointed “brothers” on earth, to give his domestics and their companions spiritual “food at the proper time.” (Matthew 24:45-47; 25:40) Happy are those who recognize the Source of the ‘good gifts’ we receive in the way of spiritual food and the channel He is using."—James 1:17. 1999 Watchtower.

If you have a bible it would be good to look up these scriptures to help you understand.

You told me you were going to get the RHP administrators to ban me from the site. Is that still in the works or have you withdrawn your request?

Sorry but not going there again. Been discussed over and over and I see no need to repeat myself on that.

These Bible citations don't say anything specific about your particular organisation. Do these Bible verses apply to all Christian congregations?

I see no mention of the Governing Body in those scriptures.

I didn't think you'd answer that question. I suspect the reason you refuse to answer it is because you can't answer it.

Lol. Sure. I have no clue, right? You should pay more attention to the forums as that has been discussed probably 6 times a year here on the average.
