Yes by the evidence. But understand the Holy Spirit is not a seperate spirit from God such as Jesus is. It is simply God's active force that he uses to do his will. He does not in a physical way as we understand it do things. He does not have a body with muscles as we do but uses his power or spirit to create.

These Bible citations don't say anything specific about your particular organisation. Do these Bible verses apply to all Christian congregations?

I see no mention of the Governing Body in those scriptures.

Should it be there? There are many terms that all religions us within their churches that are not in the Bibe. So what is your point?
