I don't know how else to discribe some of your interpretations but in precisly those terms.

That's all you need. Why you don't do so is a mystery to me.

" ... God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this MYSTERY which is Christ in you the hope of glory." ( Col. 1:27)
"And confessedly, great is the MYSTERY of godliness: He who was manifested in the flesh ..." (See 1 Timothy 3:16)
"Holding the MYSTERY of the faith in a pure conscience" (1 Tim. 3:9)
"Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel, that is the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the MYSTERY, which has been kept in silence in the times of the ages
" (Romans 16:25)
"I came to you ... announcing the MYSTERY of God" (1 Cor. 2:1)
"A man should account us in this way, as servants of Christ and stewards of the MYSTERIES of God." ( 1 Cor. 4:1)
"Making known to us the MYSTERY of His will according to His good pleasure, which He purposed in Himself ..." (Eph. 1:9)
"That by revelation the MYSTERY was made known to me, as I have written previously in brief. That by reading it you can perceive my understanding in the MYSTERY of Christ." (Eph. 3:3,4)
"And to enlighten all they they may see what the economy of the MYSTERY is, which throughout the ages has been hidden in God, who created all things." (Eph. 3:9)
"And for me, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth to make known in boldness the MYSTERY of the gospel." ( Eph. 6:19)
" ... the MYSTERY of God, Christ" (Col. 2:2)
"Praying at the same time for us also, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the MYSTERY of Christ ..." (Col. 4:3)
"But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel when he is about to trumpet, then the MYSTERY of God is finished, as He has announced the good news to His own slaves the prophets." (Rev. 10:7)
All these passages concern the God who is incarnated as a man Jesus Christ Who subsequently became the indwelling Christ as the Holy Spirit - God the Triune to be dispensed into man to be man's life and burst forth from within man to be the glory and expression of the Divine Trinity manifested in the believers.

More time in the Bible and less with comic books and science fiction movies might help you.

Concerning my last two or three posts -
Its up to you about "continued debate". I have rested my case on both subjects.
Unbacked up assertions like "Oh its just a pagan doctrine" don't impress me at all. I have rested my case on the Trinity as far back as the post on Zechariah to which I saw no real substantial reply from anyone.
There is still much I could still write about annhilation and the biblical usage of the word "destroy" and "destruction". But I am willing to let that rest also for now. You would not be able to refute it, I think.
If you seek peace that is commendable. Hope you find some harmonious discussion then.
Originally posted by jaywillok, i think that we shall let Zechariah rest for the moment, truly original idea that it was in its conception, erroneous never the less in my opinion, and i am sure in due course we can return there on your prompting, no question about it, just ask, but what i want to know is you're standing on the miracles of Christ, because even this issue is not universally accepted in unity among Christians, (i use the term Christians to refer to those who profess to adopt the teachings of Christ, whether they apply them is a completely different matter, but that also is another story, so for the sake of argument we shall state that Catholics, protestants, cristidelphians, jehovah witness, Pentecostal, Greek orthodox, Russian orthodox, independent baptists, Lutheran, you name it etc etc etc etc are Christians), so do you unequivocally accept all the miracles as i myself do, the virgin birth, the resurrection from the dead, the healing of blind lame and leprous, the feeding of many, the calming of the storms, control and exorcism of demonic elements etc etc etc? what say you?

Once you are born into a family you are always part of that family, it is a genetic lineage.
Once you are born of the spirit of God, you are always his, it is a spiritual lineage.
Irrespective of whether you reject your parents, they are always your parents.
Irrespective of whether you reject God after your "salvation" (separate debate on what this is), and for whatever reason, if he is your Father then you will always be his son/daughter. He will never reject you.
