God didn't order the execution of homosexuals. You and your fellow bigots did.
If Leviticus is simply made up, why isn't all of the Bible?

You should realize that many books of fiction also contain references to true events and other facts.
The Bible is literature.

Yes, written by men with hidden agendas.

You should check out Finklestein's Unearthing the Bible. It is quite relevant in the sense that the Hebrews actually recorded both their victories and their humiliating defeats. This is extraordinarily unique. Other societies tended to not do anything like that at all.
There is no hidden agenda. There are no historical lies in the chronicles of Hebrew history.

... the Hebrews actually recorded both their victories and their humiliating defeats. This is extraordinarily unique.
You are claiming that no other group or tribe or nation or historian of any other people chronicling the story of their collective history - down through human history - has ever written about the defeats those people suffered, only the Hebrews did this?
Someone told you this?

Do you mind explaining what is a relationship with God?
Anything from venting at the sky, through the sense of presence in Psalm 23, to full mystical union as described by the medieval mystics (and others).

Because of the relevant teachings of Christ.
Seems to me that you could do just as well getting what you'd like to be supported in any world religion. Why claim just one?
Originally posted by @eladar“Homosexual” is an identity, to anyone who is keeping up with society’s evolution as reflected in its use of words. The Bible condemns those who commit a certain act, and at that, only the penetrator, regardless of his “identity.” In some societies the penetrator is not labeled as homosexual. Homosexuals who do not “lie with a man as one lies with a woman,” well, what about them? Your application of the law is misguided. Edit: and is probably contaminated by a puritanical distaste for calling things what they are.
You are so far in denial that you can't admit that God ordered that homosexuals be executed.
