@sonship saidThere was a major thread about 'what is a cult?' some time back. If I can dig it out I will post a link.
1.) Besides a group of people you want to ad hom, what's a "cult" ?
2.) Can a "cult" believe true things ?
3.) Isn't it sometimes the case that today's marginalized "cult" might be a future time's accepted recognizers of true things?
Why are you dodging what I said to you about the way you deflected Ghost of a Duke?
You ask a lot and act as if responses means agreement with the presuppositions of your questions.
Above, to response implies agreement with your saying I "deflected Ghost of a Duke" .
My point is made.
Out of one side of his mouth he wants to ride indefinitely that Witness Lee spoke something critical against three traditional organized religious systems. And out of the other side he says they are all founded on a lying conspiracy - the Exodus.
Witness Lee honored the cornerstone beliefs of the Jews in all that derived from the Pentateuch and the Exodus.
Witness Lee honored as true the Lamb of God pointing to Christ's redemption based on the Pascal Lamb of Catholicism of the Exodus story.
Witness Lee honored as true the Lamb of God and the writings of Moses held true by Protestantism.
I think Lee's NT testament like warnings that religious traditions can be gotten control of by the Devil is with a heart of greater concern for the adherents then the anti-theist atheist who cries crocodile tears while holding ALL THREE traditions as fundamentally based on historical hooey.

@sonship saidYour "point" is a dodge. You suggested that Ghost of a Duke cannot discuss what Witness Lee said about "organizations of Satan" with you because Ghost of a Duke doesn't believe in 'Exodus'. This is a deflection and an ad hominem.

My point is made.

@sonship saidMore evasion. Lee taught that Catholicism, Protestantism, and Judaism are organizations of "Satan". What does Ghost of a Duke's beliefs with regard to "Exodus" have to do with this?
@FMF

I suggest you just post a link to a website that has his doctrines on it and then engage people in genuine conversations here.
If you weren't so disingenuous you'd recognize that plenty of books I cut and pasted (with links) to show what he taught IN THIS THREAD. of over 700 posts.
Or start a blog about Lee's writings and then use this message board to talk to people with different beliefs from you without insulting them with reference to lepers and animals and faeces or calling them "feeble" or "bigots" for disagreeing with you.
Whenever you bring up the feces wounds I know you know your present point is weak and in need of some emotional reinforcement.
No, disagreement with me is not automatic bigotry.

@sonship saidWhat does "Exodus" have to do with Lee's beliefs about "organizations of Satan"?
@FMF
I have asked him repeatedly to supply the entire quote in which there are ellipses - . . . .
I want to know what he left out.
I don't think he has ever done the research to SEE.
You're not going to do it for him are you ?

@sonship saidOn the contrary, whenever you refer to my perspectives and beliefs as faeces, it's because you are trying to escape from observations and questions by me that have ruffled you. Your "faeces" riff is part of your heart of darkness.

"Whenever?" I think I made the remark once and true to style you bring it up again and again. This gives the impression that I have frequently made the comment.
You want to live in the past. And you talk about me "regurgitating"?
The one re - vomiting what was unpleasantly eaten years ago is you.

@sonship saidI think you have made the assertion 4-5 times, two of them backed by a Bible quote. You thinking that dissenting/different beliefs are like animal excrement is part of who are. You typing it out and posting it on the internet is part of who you are. Nobody here in the last decade has said anything remotely like that to you.
"Whenever?" I think I made the remark once and true to style you bring it up again and again. This gives the impression that I have frequently made the comment.
If your leader refers to Catholicism and Protestantism as "organizations of Satan", then I think your group probably deserves the term "cult", yes. Do you really think Ghost of a Duke is a "bigot"?
Well, the "leader" if you want to designate Lee that in some official way, went to be with the Lord in 1997. And I think Witness Lee is surely do a reward in the coming millennial kingdom. I don't know about you.
There is not one official office of leader in the universal church other than Christ the Head of the Body of Christ - the church.
Now we're going to go through this and you are going to reason some of this out with your own mind.
1.) What is the literal meaning of the word ecclesia from which we get the English "church" ?
What does the word mean ?
I'll give you the first answer - it means called out assembly.
2.) Called out of what ?
@sonship saidVomiting?
And you talk about me "regurgitating"?
The one re - vomiting what was unpleasantly eaten years ago is you.
I have never used the word.
Nor have I called your ideas faeces, or germs. Nor have I compared you to animals and insects. It's not the kind of person I am.
