You see nothing wrong with 'planned' killing with the death penalty?

What about snipers in war, where the victim didn't even see it coming, and self defense wasn't an issue?

How's about putting just a little bit of thought into your replies?

Maybe not posting 14 times in 3 minutes is a good way to start?

What do people think of this as a definition of murder: “the intentional, premeditated killing of another person with malice.”

What do people think of these as examples of a killing that is NOT murder:

A person kills someone accidentally
A person kills trying to defend him or herself and prevent his or her own murder (self-defense)
A person kills trying to prevent someone from entering his or her house to commit some violent felony
A person kills trying to prevent the murder of someone else (protecting an innocent)

Given the above, how should those that commit murder be treated, and why?

I really cldn't care what I sound like

Btw this is an example from life. A friend of mine tortured and killed a serial child rapist.

He served 8 years for his 'crime'
