Yes indeed, the entire question seems to be hinged on these points
(Matthew 7:21-23) “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name, and perform many powerful works in your name?’ And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew you! Get away from me, you workers of lawlessness.
also
(Matthew 25:34-40) . . .“Then the king will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who have been blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the founding of the world. For I became hungry and you gave me something to eat; I got thirsty and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger and you received me hospitably; naked, and you clothed me. I fell sick and you looked after me. I was in prison and you came to me.’ Then the righteous ones will answer him with the words, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty, and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and receive you hospitably, or naked, and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to you?’ And in reply the king will say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, To the extent that you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’
Nahh not hiding at all. The hypocrisy is crazy. So just from a pure mathematical sense
every single JW is doing the work of God? I will answer that for you! Hell No!! So tell me what is God's will? To go about peddling "Awakes" ?? Man I can appreciate getting people off drugs and all but so what a lot of organizations do this very same thing.
God's will for me is to be a good neighbor to all around me. Be a good husband and father to my kid. If so spread the love and truth of his word.

But as usual when you can't come up with any resonable answer you attack.

Manny a project for you my friend. Are you up to it? Can you do it?
Prove by any means to your desposal that we are not doing God's will that Jesus described in Matt 24th & 28th chapters?
Go ahead, I dare you?
28 talks about the great commission.
I believe your group is zealous for something (God perhaps) but the legalism and falsehood in doctrine is what I despise the most. The elitist mentality you guys have. You would put un-due burdens on man that Christ never did. I will agree I have not carried out the great commission to any great extent. I admit this. However to say all of Christendom is guilty of this is once again displaying your ignorance and elitist attitude.

weak, really weak!
Whats' weak is your 'i'm just following what the book says' defence. You made the decision to follow the doctrine and you can reject it at any point. Portraying yourself as some some of innocent party who has no choice is frankly ridiculous.
Originally posted by robbie carrobieI've not evading the matter, i don't believe in God, so why am i going to spend my time trying to prove who will be saved by a God who i think doesn't exist? It's a nonsense Rob!!!
not only do i agree with it, i challenge any Christian to prove otherwise, if we are not doing Gods will then we shall not be saved, if we are, then the statement is sound, we are the ones that will be saved. I figure that you shall evade the matter, the same as Noobster, for i doubt you even know what Gods will is and in like manner, have based your objection on something you don't understand.
Originally posted by robbie carrobiehe also fed people, healed them, gave them comfort etc... When will you emulate that?
exactly, the Christ spent his entire time in an earthly ministry teaching others about God, from village to village and from house to house, how you can read the Bible and let the import of this work pass you by is quite beyond me.
Originally posted by dueceri used to be homeless myself, in fact i ended up in a homeless unit which was filled with homeless persons and mental health patients from a local hospital which was closing down, easy enough for a man with a home to tell someone else to be comforted, not so easy when you are facing freezing temperatures with nowhere to go yourself, kind of like a man inside telling another man outside to keep warm. But now you ask, yes i have fed and clothed people, what about it? it no extraordinary thing, as has been pointed out, charities do this all the time. But to take the time to help someone spiritually, that takes real effort and commitment, its like the difference between putting on a temporary plaster and doing a major life saving operation.

When I had a residence, I took a fella right off the street, who, that night was going to sleep under a bridge of a freeway, but said he could stay at my place, which he had for 3 weeks, until I came across him one day after I came home from work in the shower with a lady lol and said it had to stop..
He though had brought to my attention b4 he left that he was glad that there actually are nice people out there, and that he planned to go back to Vegas where he left, and start anew, and I was extremely pleased to hear that!
