By 24 January, at least 52 aftershocks measuring 4.5 or greater had been recorded. An
estimated three million people were affected by the quake; the Haitian government
reported that an estimated 316,000 people had died, 300,000 had been injured and
1,000,000 made homeless. The government of Haiti also estimated that 250,000
residences and 30,000 commercial buildings had collapsed or were severely damaged.

No, i was aware of this earthquake I had a chart at the back of my Bible detailing the
worlds most devastating earthquakes, so no bust for me, but i think proportionately
there have been more numerous and devastating quakes since the twentieth century in
terms of amalgamated death tolls. Please note Jesus does not mention a single
quake, but numerous ones and these are only the beginning of the end.

That's odd because I thought they kept really good records in, say, the 11th and 14th centuries when global communications and the demographic reach of the state, in terms of technology, was arguably on the same level as the 20th century.

oh dear, an appeal to what is not recorded rather than what is, strange that the records
seem to date the great quake of 885, others in 1202 but not these other alleged ones
that we seem to be missing! Id call it a FAIL, but that's just me!

Only four out of the top ten have occurred within the last 100 years, and only one within the last 10 years.

Of the 15 earthquakes that have killed over 100,000 people only five have occurred within the last 100 years.
