To be fair, Roberts wrote a separate opinion acknowledging that some line must exist between bodily autonomy and fetal rights. He just didn't think the federal government should define where that line should be drawn, legally.
Unfortunately there'll be a whole mess of lawsuits that I think will force their hand in the matter, especially if states are trying to make laws giving citizen rights to fertilized eggs. That will open up multiple worm cans.

Are you ok with gerrymandering, fixing the vote before it even happens?
Are you ok with voter intimidation by thugs hired by repubs to scare off voters?
Are you ok with reducing the number of voting places to ONE in a fair sized city or criminalizing the idea of someone handing a drink of water to voters having been in line for 7 hours on a hot day?
