Why do you bother posting on a "Debates" Forum when you refuse to actually debate? You won't even engage on the points I raise nor even link to somewhere your so-called experts (none of whom ever practiced criminal law in NY as far as I can tell) do.
This is ridiculous and just shows, once again, the extreme gullibility and sheep like mentality of US right wingers.
So how could I possibly discuss trial specialty, I am speaking only as a layman on these subjects, like Mott, vivify and moon bus,. Not as a lawyer.

I note he does not discuss the specific wording of NY Penal Law 175.10 which seems unambiguous on its face ("another crime" sounds pretty all-inclusive).

It does not mention tax fraud as a possible predicate crime though it does have a rather thorough analysis on NY State election laws that could serve as the predicate crime.
