@no1marauder saidI respect your comments. I’ve often said I am a property, lawyer, and as you know, property law does not change much, except when RESPA and TIL came along. So I seldom studied anything about the law, I feel more like a businessman,, thus my entrance into the business world, changing sides and becoming one of the commercial real property investors that I had worked for!. That is the short story.
Why do you bother posting on a "Debates" Forum when you refuse to actually debate? You won't even engage on the points I raise nor even link to somewhere your so-called experts (none of whom ever practiced criminal law in NY as far as I can tell) do.
This is ridiculous and just shows, once again, the extreme gullibility and sheep like mentality of US right wingers.
So how could I possibly discuss trial specialty, I am speaking only as a layman on these subjects, like Mott, vivify and moon bus,. Not as a lawyer.
Why do I debate, and jump in to interesting subject? Because I am quite sure that Biden has done so much damage that we will never turn it around. I know that you know that, but I think you are a contrarian. You must see how horrible he is, takes. a vacation, (with crime-ridden son under investigation ) paid for by us when he never even goes to Palestine. Or the border. I find you disingenuous to never make one negative comment about all that. I have said enough here, I hope this explains everything. I will watch the news and tell you what I hear that I believe in, and I will ask you to respond. I will now go play golf at one hell of a resort. My ‘honest ‘ son is with me on this vacation I paid for, and I take advantage of the moment to teach him how to get rich, because he’s sure gonna need it. Here is a nice emoji. 😉🏌️♂️ And here are some for biden and biden. 💰💸🔫🚬🛩️💷💲🌮🇲🇽💩☘️
@averagejoe1 saidThis thread has nothing to do with Biden or your falsehoods about him.

@no1marauder saidIt is simple. My main reason for threading is to become acquainted with a different culture (your culture), see how you think, what you want, and how much.... and our indoctrinated children, the Border, Inflation, you have seen the news? only a 25% approval rate? But I digress...
This thread has nothing to do with Biden or your falsehoods about him.
I am here to get ready for what is about to rain down on us, esp if Dems get the gov. I can do it listening to you people, you can tell my maid where the free money sources are.
So, Marauder, the Whole Dam Thing is about Biden. Here again you know that, but it is deflect-city for you
@AverageJoe1
So here is one of his columns. I am openly curious as to what you could possibly disagree with.

@no1marauder saidLMFAO, no, other nations laws do not apply us Americans 😂
A reminder:
"§ 175.10 Falsifying business records in the first degree. A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof. you are funny
stupid, but funny
you see scenarios where a man can be a woman too. LOL
@mott-the-hoople saidTruly , Mott. I go to cocktail parties, a lot of chit chat. I can't imagine chatting with someone who promotes such stuff. I would say, Oh, my Wife needs a refresher. Of course, if I knew of his character in advance, I would go off, maybe on the patio, before getting in his circle. Brrrrrrrrr
LMFAO, no, other nations laws do not apply us Americans 😂

We used to say, would you be oK if your child married out of her race . Just when it has taken me umpteen years to come to grips with that, it is now 'would you be OK if your son married a man who used to be a girl?'. Don't worry, everyone , I won't pose the question here and embarrass some of you, or cause some untrue answers....not that you would....answer, that is.
@mott-the-hoople saidHow many stupid, untrue statements can you possibly make in one thread?

Of course, other nations' laws apply to "Americans"; head up to Montreal and grab a few items from a store and walk out with them without paying. When the police confront you, try your "LMAO - other nations laws don't apply to Americans" defense, imbecile.
@averagejoe1 saidI already read that piece which came out before the indictment. It has zero legal analysis in it and does not discuss any of the issues raised by me. It's just what Turley has been writing for years; a partisan hit piece going after anyone who holds Donald Trump accountable for his misconduct.
@AverageJoe1

@averagejoe1 saidTrump committed actual crimes, you dim bulb.
Gregg Jarrett and Jonathon Turley are quite qualified to show the fallacy of Bragg’s persecution. Legal scholars. There are many.
Hey Sue can you tell us why Hunter and Hillary will never incur the wrath that Trump incurs? Do y’all realize how strong this guy is, that he can tolerate you hyenas over all these years and have absolutely no difference in his demeano ...[text shortened]... ent, trash mouth and all. Did you see Biden’s answer to the excited Irish lad yesterday? Suzianne?
@suzianne saidSue and Marauder: I thought Hilary destroyed govt property, and committed a crime when having a secret server, and committed a crime by funding the fake dossier with evil intent vs the USA, and committed a crime when deleting evidence and using acid on her computers. I don’t have a Lex handy to ply you with statutes.
Trump committed actual crimes, you dim bulb.
Sorry for outdated Turley, I was playing golf with straight people. I LOVE living in a bubble. You would be amazed how shielded I am. I will find another pundit current article when I can.
@no1marauder saidyou provide a scenario where the person is out of country…

Which US official would charge these crimes?
@mott-the-hoople saidDoes the statute Trump is charged with say a crime which can be prosecuted by US officials or just "another crime"?
you provide a scenario where the person is out of country…
Which US official would charge these crimes?
I can quote it again if that helps with the hypothetical (Trump isn't being prosecuted on the basis of the predicate crime being one of a foreign country).
To help you guys, I'll give you Ian Millhiser's Vox article which calls the idea that the predicate crime for Falsifying Business Records could be a Federal crime "dubious" and points out no NY court has yet ruled on this specific question. https://www.vox.com/politics/2023/4/4/23648390/trump-indictment-supreme-court-stormy-daniels-manhattan-alvin-bragg
I note he does not discuss the specific wording of NY Penal Law 175.10 which seems unambiguous on its face ("another crime" sounds pretty all-inclusive).
I can also give you Just Security's take on possible legal defenses though this was written before the indictment became public. https://www.justsecurity.org/85581/the-manhattan-das-charges-and-trumps-defenses-a-detailed-preview/
It does not mention tax fraud as a possible predicate crime though it does have a rather thorough analysis on NY State election laws that could serve as the predicate crime.
Thought I'd help the dumb kids with their homework.
@no1marauder saidLOL…you are guessing at the crime that you say bragg has charged Trump with…😂 …idiot twat

@mott-the-hoople saidNo, I've told you what the crime Trump is charged with numerous times; it's stated in the indictment 34 times so guesswork is not required.
