Mueller has no evidence those files came from the Russian government. This is another of your incompetence theories. Expert Russian hackers who are incompetent and never cover their tracks. Barney Fife works at Russian Intelligence. Right. Absurd.

That's pretty simple; even you should be able to understand that. It's no coincidence Wikileaks dropped it right before the convention.
And on October 7, 2016, one hour after Trump's "Grab em by the p***y" tape came out Wikileaks dropped another large batch
"What came out on October 7 was the first batch of near-daily releases that were published in the closing weeks of the presidential election. The 20,000 pages of emails were embarrassing for Clinton – they contained transcripts of her paid speeches to Wall Street banks, controversial comments from staffers about Catholic voters, and messages that appeared to show a cozy relationship with the press."
Trump regularly read from these e-mails at his campaign events showing he certainly thought they helped him and hurt HRC.

Trump's promise to repeal the Magnitsky Act is what the Russians, through Veselnitskaya, wanted in return for what they thought was useful information for Trump's campaign.

@metal-brain saidIt's clear that you are part of the Russian disinformation campaign against the West.
Special Counsel John Durham revealed in a court filing that the Hillary Clinton campaign plotted to infiltrate the Trump campaign along with White House computer servers in order to fabricate allegations of Russian collusion.

Good thing Mr. Putin only pays you with a free subscription to his tea-club membership, because you are not very good at what you seem to attempt.

Ziff Brothers Investments is headquartered in New York City.
They don't seem to have violated US campaign finance laws, however.
@no1marauder saidProbably only illegal for ordinary people, same as in the USA.

And according to Mr. Gasparov's recent piece in the New York Post, probably a lot more assets of Putin's supporters and enablers are held in British banks.
Edit: Hmm, couldn't this provide an opportunity for BoJo the Clown to redeem himself?
@no1marauder saidThey did not damage HRC's campaign. It was damaging to DWS and despite Shultz's being damaged goods after resigning from the DNC in disgrace HRC still hired DWS to work on her campaign.

HRC damaged herself by hiring DWS to work on her campaign. That was a self inflicted wound. It is pretty lame of you to blame foreign actors for HRC rewarding the loyalty of DWS knowing it would look real bad. Sure, the corporate news media reported that the day it happened. They didn't mention it much after that though. Most people don't even know it happened. You know I am right.
So here you are again fooling yourself into believing exposing election meddling is election meddling. Can you not see the obvious absurdity of that? DWS was election meddling......and HRC sure the heck didn't have to hire the person that literally conspired to election meddle by turning people against Sanders to get HRC the nomination. To use your words, alienate Sanders. DWS literally conspired to election meddle by getting people to alienate Sanders.
Once again, exposing election meddling is not election meddling. DWS was the election meddler and HRC hired her after she was exposed as an election meddler. The only person that damaged HRC is HRC herself.
You still have not presented a single damaging e-mail to HRC except illegal stuff you seem to want to condone.
@no1marauder saidInteresting, but that is not damaging to HRC.

@metal-brain saidOIC, you and your KGB handlers think that HRC might win if it's Clinton vs Trump in 2024, and that would be bad for Putin's interests -- which are not necessarily the same as Russia's or the Federation's interests.
Interesting, but that is not damaging to HRC.
@kevin-eleven saidIt actually is. Democrats keep pointing out there is no "evidence" of widespread election fraud suggested by Trump. Democrats had no evidence Trump was an illegitimate POTUS as HRC alleged. The whole Russiagate investigation was started by a false rumor.
You seem to have a lot to say about this, but none of it is cogent, worthwhile, or relevant to the present moment.
Democrats didn't need evidence to believe Trump stole the election from HRC. They still don't.

Russia never made it a secret they didn't like HRC. That proves nothing. She is a war monger who wanted to shoot down Russian planes over Syria. Of course Russia had no love for her.
I don't like her either. Don't like Bill. Don't like Trump either, but there is no evidence he colluded with Russia. The DNC had ties to that Russian lawyer too.
