How do you know that what you are being told is true?
How do you know what is in the source code? It is not open source.
If a state does not have control of the “source code” for the software applications in use how could the state possibly know that it was a failure to download new software? More importantly, how do you know the new software doesn't contain vote rigging source code?

Louisiana has no paper trail at all and Kentucky, Tennessee and Texas have some jurisdictions with a paper trail and others without. In Louisiana a recount will merely verify the fraudulent numbers.
