His strategy all along has been to cast enough doubt on the process to get the result annulled, but he knows he really lost. His motivation is to stay out of jail. His motivation is to get a second term in 2024. It might work too. I hope not, but you know how effective casting doubt on the election worked when HRC claimed Trump wasn't a legitimate POTUS. It works both ways.
