That is what is called terrorism.
On Oct 8th the IDF attacked Gaza, that is not terrorism.
That is a response to their brutal attack, and it is justified.
At the same time Jewish civilians attacked West Bank Palestinians.
This was in response to the terrorist attack.
This is not terrorism.
