You know Bill wouldn't like the competition, especially from Cuba. Sinopharm is WHO EUA approved. He cannot profit from that. Heck, he pressured Oxford (Astrazeneca) to not let other countries make the vaccines themselves. He obviously cares a lot more about profit than human life.
