No we are not ALL going to starve. I’m sure you and I will be fine. But less fortunate people are definitely going hungry just as they were before Brexit but Brexit, or at least, some of its obvious consequences regarding supply lines means that hunger amongst the poorer Brits has and will continue to increase but I wouldn’t expect a dyed in the wool Thatcherite to give a toss about it, thanks for the confirmation.
The food plight of “less fortunate people” has absolutely nothing to do with Brexit.

I suggest you refrain from conflating issues in order to make a point, and stop throwing your pathetic little “Thatcherite” insults around, you just sound like a cloth-cap wearing 1970s union man.

Any situation that effects supply will adversely effect the supply and demand equation. It’s not rocket science. A shortage of lorry drivers, for whatever reason, coupled with the extra checks at ports is exactly such a situation.

Please explain how a shortage of lorry drivers will directly impact and worsen the situation those who are already short of food due to poverty?

I’m sure it’s not “rocket science”.

When you’ve done that you can explain how the lorry driver shortage is a uniquely UK issue and how it is predominately due to Brexit?

But you’ve openly admitted to being a Thatcherite whereas I have never admitted to wearing a cloth cap. It is you that is dealing in childish stereotypes whilst I’m pointing out your favoured political economic theory in order to give your comments some context. Grow up and stop lying about the consequences of Brexit they are all too obvious.

You booted out all the foreign drivers?
Or, maybe, to be a little more subtle: you created so much red tape that it’s not worth the effort to come to the UK…
