Trying to equate a life between twins born several minutes, or hours, apart is really a pointless question.
And I already answered that adequately by saying abortion would never be considered at the stage where a woman is in labor giving birth to twins.
That you somehow compare this scenario to a decision to terminate an unplanned pregnancy at 8 or 10 or 12 weeks is laughable.
Why don't you address your own question "how is pregnancy preventable ?".
You posed that statement. Why don't you tell us what you think.
I'll offer up a coupe of methods of birth control, condoms, birth control, IUD's, and others.....

Not sure how you think you proved that you can, but, by definition, a baby is already born. You can’t abort something which is already born.
You can’t kill a dead person.
You can’t recover from an illness you don’t have.

It’s not. It’s in the very definition. Baby is the same as infant (unable to speak), neonate and new born.
Before it is born, it is called a foetus (or fetus).
