You are projecting again. Stop stomping your feet and projecting that onto me.

From the link below:

What was Kevin Clinesmith convicted of? Remind the others on here.
This is your usual off-topic false "whataboutisms".

We've discussed this several times in the past and you continue to misrepresent the facts.

Horowitz destroys your "Lawfare" argument:

"We did not find documentary or testimonial evidence that political bias or improper motivation influenced the FBI's decision to seek FISA authority on
Carter Page."

I PROGNOSTO, prognosticate that Trump will be arrested before the 30th and he will eventually be convicted so that he will be ineligible to run in 2024, giving the Flo Rida gov a chance at the brass ring.
You’re on. Hell, short of being thrown in prison, he will be your next Pres if he is arrested, just the simple arrest will garner him support.

The same people were claiming that his first impeachment would cement his certain victory in 2020.

Stop lying.

Clinesmith's conviction proves you wrong. Do you really think Clinesmith had no improper motivation when fabricating evidence?

What am I "lying" about?

The quote is from the Horowitz report YOU relied on.

You don't even know what the charges are or what the evidence is against him.
Maybe, but the average citizen is going to be more astounded by y’all’s process of hounding this man and looking for ANTHING to get rid of him. Do you think they are stupid? Do you think they are all lawyers??

From the link below:

" The FBI, inspector general Michael Horowitz found, had changed or withheld significant information used to build its application to surveil Page. The FBI attorney who changed the information is now under criminal investigation.

Collyer called these “troubling instances.”

The court specifically noted on Tuesday new information that should have cast doubt within the FBI about the accuracy of ex-British spy Christopher Steele’s dossier on Donald Trump and Russia, which was cited in the Page warrant.

The FBI withheld information “which was detrimental to their case for believing that Mr. Page was acting as an agent of a foreign power,” Collyer wrote.

Four judges on the foreign surveillance court, because of the FBI’s representations, had signed off on surveillance warrants of Page in October 2016 and in 2017, after he served on the Trump campaign as a foreign policy adviser. "

https://www.cnn.com/2019/12/17/politics/fisa-court-slams-fbi-conduct

Some of the FISA warrants predated the investigation into Trump. They obviously had an influence on Comey deciding to investigate him. Hillary's campaign has nothing to do with this. It is irrelevant. The Steele dossier was used as a political and legal weapon against a sitting president. Possibly a coup attempt.

Again: What was Kevin Clinesmith convicted of and why?

MB: Hillary's campaign has nothing to do with this.

Thanks. So it wasn't "Lawfare", was it?

EDIT: To remind you:

MB: I know exactly what Lawfare means and what HRC did fits the definition perfectly.

I was surprised . But you prove that it was your pure hatred of Trump that elected a senile basement hermit.
Why does Biden hold his mouth open when people are asking him a question on the lawn? You need to tell him to close his mouth. A fly could fly in.
Reagan didn’t hold his mouth open. Had a wonderful smile exuding the confidence that we had in his leadership.

You are dishonestly pretending that an election with political advantage is necessary to meet the definition of Lawfare. That is a lie and you know it.

The Steele dossier was created during a campaign for political advantage as all opposition research is. Using it for Lawfare came later. Claiming HRC had to be in the middle of a campaign to meet the definition of Lawfare is ridiculous nonsense. Stop lying!

" Lawfare is the use of legal systems and institutions to damage or delegitimize an opponent, or to deter individual's usage of their legal rights.[1][2][3][4]

The term may refer to the use of legal systems and principles against an enemy, such as by damaging or delegitimizing them, wasting their time and money (e.g. SLAPP suits), or winning a public relations victory."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lawfare

HRC used the legal systems and principles against Trump by damaging and delegitimizing him and wasted his time and money. Lawfare is the "perfect" definition. Absolute perfection.

The Russiagate conspiracy theory may have prevented Trump from getting a second term. That conspiracy theory was driven by the later discredited Steele dossier. Even your fake election criteria is met by this.

You have failed in every possible way. Give it up.

LMAO! Your "whataboutism" is an utter failure by your own admission, even if it was inadvertent.

It's also an off-topic waste of time that I won't respond to further in this thread.

You really have, Marauder. And so funny that you discount the dossier, upon which the entire investigation was built.
