So you or I go to Grainger, we pay 130 dollars for that widget.
Now Trump slaps a 20% tariff on that widget. Now Grainger has to pay 120 dollars for that gadget. So do you really think they will just stick with the original 130 dollar price and just live with an 20% loss of profit?
What planet do you come from if you think they won't want to keep that 30% profit? And how do they keep that 30% profit?
THEY FUUKING RAISE THE PRICE THAT WE PAY FOR THAT WIDGET.

They are going to bloody well keep that 30% profit and WE pay the difference.
NOT SONY. So now that 120 they pay times 1.3 means the new price is 156 dollars, which maintains their 30% profit.

There is a query on the table. A company gets a product to the UK harbor. The tariff czar wants 40% to allow it in, to be sold on the open market. It would be impossible for a company to make a profit unless they pay the 40% to get it off the boar for sale.
What are the poeple here on the Forum saying, what mush be done? Right now, we have talked with the company owner, and he says there is nothing he can do except increase the price by 40%.
Can Suzamala tell us what she thinks should be done. She opened the door on this one, can she wrap it up.
