@no1marauder saidyou link to a biased left wing media source?
Trump had to be served a copy of it and is free to release it. There's been about 100 legal commentators saying the same thing. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-mar-a-lago-search-warrant-video-photos/
The DOJ needs a Judge's permission to release it not the person served it.
according to you, “sealing” a document means nothing.
the doj puts on a sripulation on themselves? 😂
@mott-the-hoople saidLol. He (obviously) has the unsealed version in hi possession. It's within his discretion to disclose publicly. The DOJ has to ask permission.

@no1marauder saidThis is confusing. Trump's lawyer Christina Bobb, the first of Trump's lawyers to arrive on the scene about an hour after the FBI, said to The Epoch Times on the 9th that she was given a copy of the warrant, but not the affidavit, so the probable cause for the warrant was not revealed. This interview is behind a paywall so I'll transcribe:

"As far as the probable cause goes, they wouldn't give that to us. They requested that be sealed with the court so we don't know what the probable cause is. An affidavit will accompany a request for the warrant and we haven't been able to see that. I don't know if we'll ever get a copy of it."

@sleepyguy saidLawyer talk should always be taken with a grain of salt.

We'll see what gets released today, but a defendant always get the probable cause affidavit in routine discovery.
@no1marauder saidYeah, thanks. I learned that on this forum LOL.
Lawyer talk should always be taken with a grain of salt.
@sonhouse saidYou're always telling everyone what they think.
@Sleepyguy
But you still think Trump is innocent, a political hack witchhunt.
@Sleepyguy
Well then if you are actually awake, tell us what you think. Is Trump a hero or a traitor? Which one?
@Sleepyguy
So the fact Trump gave up FIFTEEN boxes of docs he should never have taken means nothing? It sounds like you DESPERATELY want to find him innocent.
You HAVE to know he is the most corrupt sinister POTUS in American history.
Not even HARDING would run off with top secret documents and not just one folder but TWENTY SEVEN boxes of them.
@sonhouse saidThose are the only options?
@Sleepyguy
Well then if you are actually awake, tell us what you think. Is Trump a hero or a traitor? Which one?
@sonhouse saidI think Trump is weird and often dishonest. I liked many of his policies. I think most of the stuff thrown at him has been a witch hunt by a corrupt oligarchy trying desperately to be rid of him. As for the current fiasco I'm waiting to find out more.
@Sleepyguy
I don't know, you tell me. We are asking you what you seriously think.
