If so Israel is not a democracy because the people in Gaza cannot vote in the Israeli elections. Imagine if the USA denied the people in Rhoad Island the right to vote in the national elections. That isn't a democracy. If that ever happened RI would have the right to secede from the union. What union, right? You have to be able to vote if it is a union.
Israel should own up to ownership and allow Gazans to vote in the Israel elections or let Gaza secede from Israel. That means let them control their own water and electricity.
