"Why are you pretending there is an equivalence between expressing an opinion and taking concrete steps to disenfranchise everyone who did not vote for you"

Trump never did that.

"Trump categorically stated before 16 and 20 potus elections that he would only accept the results if he won"

Hitlery Clinton told Joe to do the same thing.

Hitlery did not do the illegal things that Trump did.

I didn't write that I knew the count was accurate. They knew. They knew because many people who also knew told them many times.
Hitlery did many of the same things Trump did. HRC deleted emails to destroy evidence which is what people have accused Trump of doing with video footage. Hitlery claimed Trump stole the election from her in 2016. She did the "stop the steal" thing before Trump. She was mishandling classified information and some ended up on Anthony Weiner's laptop computer which could have easily been hacked. Classified info has been hoarded by a lot of politicians including Biden, Pence and many others, but at least they were in a locked room or garage instead of floating around cyberspace for the hacking.

Hitlery also told Biden not to concede under any circumstances. That is the same thing as only accepting election results if you win.

"They knew because many people who also knew told them many times"

I told no1 that there is no evidence Russia hacked the DNC and proved Crowdstrike stated under oath there was "no evidence of exfiltration". no1 knows because I told him many times. Why does he continue to deny these facts and falsely call me a liar every time I remind him of it? He knows. Right?

Hitlery lies about not losing the election. Said Trump stole it from her and he knows he is an illegitimate POTUS. And insert her multiple Russia conspiracy theories. Tulsi is a Russian asset along with Assange, blah blah blah. Never mind she hired she hired an election meddler who was forced to resign from the DNC in disgrace to work for her campaign. The Debbie Wasserman Schultz chronicles. Exposing election meddling in the USA is election meddling. Darn those Russian for exposing DWS election meddling. How dare they expose our election meddling. Let's call that the election meddling. Democrats are stupid enough to accept that much hypocritical absurdity. Right?

You’re still lying though trump has not been indicted for lying about the election he’s been indicted for attempting to subvert the outcome of the election by numerous means in a conspiracy with others.
If he’s found guilty he should go to jail as a deterrent to other wannabe dictators if for no other reason

What did I lie about? Give us all one example.

"he’s been indicted for attempting to subvert the outcome of the election by numerous means in a conspiracy with others"

In other words, his speech. He said things you didn't like.
You don't have any actions you can point to. Only words.

Al Gore and the DNC requested recounts in Florida. Less than 100 votes separated the two candidates. Yikes. Remember the hanging chads?

When the Supreme Court ruled 5-4 calling an end to the recounts in mid December, it was over....

He did not:

- continue to claim the election was stolen after legal proceedings had ended.

- claim election fraud of any kind.

- ...[text shortened]... dings.

It's not political persecution. If you don't do these things, then you don't get arrested.
I was extremely impressed by the way Gore backed down for the good of the country after a very controversial Supreme Court decision. I like Gore (I voted for him in 2000). He may be a bit too much of an egghead to have made a great President, but I guess we'll never know. He's certainly a class act and his politics were quite moderate.

Still, I will point out that the margin in FL in 2000 was well over 100 votes (though still microscopic) and that an independent investigation by the NY Times the next year concluded that Bush probably would have won the recount anyway.

Edit: People think of Gore only for his global warming crusade, but that didn't really start until after the 2000 election. Before that, he was basically a Clinton clone, though much less charismatic.

Second edit: Citation for the above

no1 is not a lawyer. He just pretends to be one on RHP debates forum to bluff people into thinking he really knows what he is talking about.
I know paralegals, how they research, how they write, perfect everything, or they are replaced. Look at No1 writings. Do you think for a second that a lawyer does this type of thing in his practice? He would sink. He does not have time, and, he has paralegals to do it. Paralegals do it, not lawyers.
Form your own opinions, but think about it. And note the way he writes 'above' your writings, somewhat disconnected.........
And, WHY is he (the para actually) disconnected?? Because the para is NOT connected to the conversation. I see no human interaction in the posts.

I remember Gore being a climate fanatic before and during his run for President.

https://www.nbcnews.com/meet-the-press/meetthepressblog/mtp-flashback-1993-al-gore-warned-climate-change-us-temperatures-soare-rcna40221

He were also kind of an obnoxious control freak as was his wife.

2:55 Dee makes reference to Tipper Gore criticizing his music. 15:15 Al Gore begins his part of the interview with Dee. 25:59 Some other guy tries to shame Dee for "going after Senator Gore's wife" referring to Dee's defending himself against her public accusations.

Bill was cool and personable, the kind of rogue a person might enjoy hanging out with. Al Gore always had a stick up his butt.

I do agree that he showed class and honor with his concession speech. So did Hillary with hers.

I don't remember Kerry like that myself. The only thing I remember about him was he wanted to make nice with China. NO WAIT That was Romney. I don't remember anything about Kerry TBH

Start by having evidence that can be accepted in court.

Over 60 different courts dismissed Trump's claims of election fraud, including the conservative Supreme Court. That's in addition to Trump's own DOJ *and* Trump's Attorney General saying there was no evidence of widespread election fraud.

Trump not only has no evidence but he's also been contradicted by people he picked to be in power. Therefore he can't claim a "corrupted legal process".
He IS the "corrupted legal process".
