Secondly, when you use this, use it with water or yellow Gatorade. You can use this twice a day and it's easy on the system.
IF after about three or four days? Or before if you are in pain, take what is called Magnesium Citrate which is in any pharmacy. Drink one bottle over 20 minutes with lots of water. The key is water, lots of it while you drink this and after. If needed a second bottle is okay. Do not exceed a second bottle and this will fix your problem short terms and you will feel a back to normal.
If you have any pre-existing conditions I don't know about call your GI doctor asap.
If you are healthy and just have an issue, Then this is something that works for almost everyone. Remember to drink tons of water, keep sipping and you can drink Gatorade as well if you wish.
When you are done? Cleaned out? If this is a chronic issue please make sure you contact your Primary doctor go see him or her and explain what you had to do.
This is usually what they suggest until you get to see them.
This is just a suggestion and I hope it helps. Feel better.

@lemondrop saidIs sunflower good for constipation?
@Contenchess
I like sunflower seeds
I think I'll give that a try
how many do I eat?
Sunflower oil is pressed from the seeds of the sunflower. The oil is used as medicine. Sunflower oil is used for constipation and lowering "bad" LDL cholesterol.
CORN: Eat high-fiber cereals. Vegetables can also add fiber to your diet. Some high-fiber vegetables are asparagus, broccoli, corn, squash, and potatoes (with the skin still on). Salads made with lettuce, spinach, and cabbage will also help.
However, this is a lifestyle, not an immediate fix to your issue now. The original post I sent you in here, is still the best way to fix you up now and will only take a few hours with no discomfort. But you need to stay near the bathroom.
But people are correct, these thing do help, but over time. A lifestyle.
@contenchess saidIn Russia you don't take enema

@mghrn55 saidExactly. You can still do the mild stool softener then the Mag Citrate with lots of water until you are cleaned out. But as I mentioned in my first post on how to do this and what to use, when you are finished? Actually before, make an appointment with your primary then get a referral to see a GI doctor to talk about this. It's simple. Depending on your age, they will do a colonoscopy and an upper endoscopy if you never had one.
As long as colon cancer is ruled out.
On a serious note.
This and "Maybe" a CT will show if you have any issues like mghrn55 was speaking of.
You can get immediate relief now, but it is the best idea to see a specialist and let him or her decide if you need these tests. At a certain age, we all have to get them done to make sure.
So as mghrn55 stated, and as I did to, see the doctor and rule things out and then keep up with it yearly. They can also help you be regular with all the new meds they have today. You will be fine. 🙂
@gambrel saidThat actually explains a dilemma I had...

I won't elaborate but I'm definitely not going back Russia 😒
@gambrel saidProbably a line we all can run with and then a mass banning?
Question:
Did the thread title make Russ cringe.
Or was he like..."A thread about constipation cures.. What could possibly go wrong?"
Brilliant 🤔
@contenchess saidYou misspelled delenema.
