No, the dealership did. I just wasted a load of time finding his ashtray because he was too stoned to realise he had left a can under his seat, and was too lazy to look for his own damn self. So he deserved it.

right to smoke weed. However, by not reacting to finding mj in
your car, they would be seen to be condoning the practice of breaking
the law.
Although it is relatively common for police to turn a blind-eye to
some of the lesser misdemeanours, it's a gamble you take. 10
years is a long time and you should be thankful.
At least you had the decency to send them something
to roach.

Do you know what that **** is doing to your lungs?
You may find that many police officers share this opinion :-
"When enforcement resources that could have been used against heroin and cocaine are instead used against marijuana, this could have the unintended effect of worsening heroin and cocaine abuse,"
Research has linked cannabis use to depression and schizophrenia, and a recent study suggested smoking the drug harm the lungs more than smoking tobacco."

Firstly, you should know weed is good!
I'm all for you standing up for your rights and using the police to
appeal daft laws. But I don't condone smoking in any way.
I smoke and I know how stupid it is.
Hopefully one day they will change the laws to adopt a more
responsible approach to drug taking and hopefully, by that time
they will have found a better mechanism for mj intake.
Until that time, I can't condone smoking weed.
Originally posted by Thequ1ckThere are other ways. Vaporizers provide a cleaner way of "smoking" it. You can also extract it in olive oil. I've been doing a little experimentation with that. Milk and butter also work I hear, but olive oil stays liquid unlike butter and is pure grease unlike milk which is a suspension of fats - among other things - in water. Because of this I am guessing pure oil is better than milk for extracting THC, but I don't actually know that. It also is resistant to going bad so doesn't really need to be refrigerated. I suspect having THC may even help keep it from going bad, since from what I understand it evolved as a protective chemical for the marijuana plant.

Unfortunately I don't like the taste of olive oil. I've been using it to clean my pipes so I can still use the resin without smoking it, but resin dissolved in olive oil smells pretty unpleasant and I can't get myself to eat it. I want to mix it with butter and try it over pasta but I'm out of butter.
I wonder if it will mix with milk? I'll have to try it.
Results - it mixes ok with 2% milk if 1 part oil is mixed with 5-10 parts milk. Microwaving it for 1:30 caused it to separate back out when I had half as much milk, which is why I added more. I threw in some Nestle's Quik...let's see if it's drinkable!
...
It's drinkable. Barely. I think I'm going to throw in more Quik. It's an odd taste.
By the way, from what I understand you can do an extraction with ethanol too. I think they do that in Thailand - they make a drink called Bhang or something by steeping bud in vodka or something for like 2 weeks.
I think it might be kicking in, but I'm not sure. If so I've discovered something quite handy for the bonified stoner - as long as you don't mind the taste of olive oil in your chocolate milk.
I should try working with cream, or half and half. Hmmmmm...
That is of course if I can get any more bud.
EDIT - I think it's working. It's more subtle than smoking, but I've always been told that eating weed has a more subtle, long lasting effect than smoking it.
Smoking anything tends to give you a sharp spike of the drug in question.
Originally posted by AThousandYoungI ate a brownie one time and it effed me up bad. I had always smoked quite heavily, but eating it was a whole new experience. Of course, the guy who made the brownies says he put about an ounce into an average sized batch of brownies, so it was quite a lot. Anyway - I was destroyed for hours. It's really too bad I was at school because I couldn't enjoy it, and I couldn't leave school because I was afraid to drive.

How can I state this as fact? 1) My speed gets cut in about half, 2) No way will I overtake, 3) I'm more in touch with the car and the controls, 4) I concentrate on driving more. Other people might be different.

Have you read any of the links posted, including the US government funded experiment on the effects of mj use on driving?
Have you ever smoked weed, or are you just taking the moral highground because it's illegal?
