I only cited them because of where I live. So let's return that that example to the shelf, and instead mention other more visible allies of the US. Saudi Arabia and Israel. Should we support them unconditionally?
Just curious 😀

See the funny thing is...I'm not feeling it FMF. You do not come across that way to me 😉
There needs to be an understood, mutual respect between people when they are sharing thoughts, ideas...in my eyes, anyhow... Clearly, neither of you feel the same.
I do respect you, but, having shared your thoughts on a serious matter, you now seem reluctant to explain them or justify why there were so sweeping, and instead you seem to be trying to change the subject to respect or manners or whether my questions to you are "genuine".

When you refer to someone's opinions as "sweeping post-atrocity jingoistic blather," they typically tune you out. And if you are using obscure examples to bait/trap them... it doesn't usually go over well...
i get it, FMF. I do. It is your style. Just not for me...
It is hard to unring a bell, my friend 😉

You yourself used the word "trap!"
Ok, against my better judgment, 🙄 , I will chat with you for a few minutes. Then, I am heading to bed. I have a headache. Wonder why? 😉
Now, what was your question?
lol

Hey Suzianne 🙂
Actually, I figured the "God" word was going to be the word that might get some people's dander up. Not the word "unconditionally!"
😲
Actually, I did. I've been round and round with him before, and I kinda figured he was just itching for any reason to be a horse's ass, like usual.
I appreciate your original sentiment, though, even if he can't bring himself to.

We are about to engage.

No, I am not "bursting" to talk about anything. I am just curious as to whether even you reckon your sweeping post-atrocity jingoistic blather about 'unconditional support' for this that and other withstands any scrutiny. 😉

So you don't believe I am questioning you about the word "unconditionally" and to what actions/entities you seek to apply it? You think the issue I have raised with you is "God"?
